Komatsu SA’s Learnership Programmes run for a period of 1 year where latest engineering graduates will go through an experiential learning programme similar to their field of study. Mechanical Engineering Learnership Programme (P1 and P2) Ref. no: 16507
Finished all modules in Mechanical Engineering S4
Successful applicants will be working with mechanical engineers offering assistance with maintenance, design and testing of different products, equipment and machinery
Incumbents will also help technical teams working on special projects
Electrical Engineering Learnership Programme (P1 and P2) Ref. no: 16508
Finished all Electrical Engineering S4 modules
Offer help with creating, maintenance and repair of electrical or electronic equipment and component
Candidate’s will also help technical teams working on special projects
Industrial Engineering Learnerhsip Programme (P1 and P2) Ref. no: 16495
Finished all Industrial Engineering S4 modules
Will shadow and assist tech team in finding methods of removing wastefulness in production processes
Establish efficient systems that effectively integrate machines, workers, energy and information in the production process

Must have finished the stated degree or diploma or relevant field of study
