We are in need of a reliable friendly hardworking staff to be part of our fun happy team.

The Job is suitable for a person who is a multi tasker so we would like you to work in all off our 3 departments.

Hotel. Cleaning hotel rooms & all public areas to a very high eye pleasing standard. This includes stripping beds making beds. We do all our own laundry washing, drying, folding etc.

Bar/reception. Serving all our wonderful local customers high quality drinks & food in our dining & bar areas.

Checking inn guest taking card & cash payments, showing them to hotel rooms & ensure they are looked after during there stay at the hotel.

Café/Deli Cooking,& preparing hot & cold food in our 5 star health & hygiene café we also sell a wide range of snacks & drinks etc

Hollywood Sportsbook Eastern Cape (Pty) Ltd has an wonderful job available for a Housekeeper to be based at our King Williams Town Branch in Eastern Cape. The Housekeeper will be accountable for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the Branch and makes sure that the building is always in a clean and orderly condition,

Minimum requirements :
Housekeeping experience.


Cleaner to be dressed in a Hollywood Uniform as per stipulated rules and regulations. Personal hygiene is always maintained.

Make sure that the work areas are clean and tidy before opening, during service and at closing times (this includes the inside and outside of the Branch, as well as the car Park area).

Floors are swept and mopped, scrubbed and/or vacuumed. Walls are cleaned. Waste is gathered and disposed of. Bins are to be emptied, washed or sanitized and replaced with refuse bags.

Toilets are to be kept clean at all times

Tables and counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lights and machines and/or equipment is clean and wiped before team members start work.

Make sure that service areas are neat and tidy during peak periods and quiet periods.

Proper use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning detergents.

Ask for cleaning fluids and/or worn cleaning equipment e.g. mops/brooms/dusters from Branch Manager as and when needed.

Notify the branch manager of any breakages.

The cleaning of branch aircon filters weekly.

Make sure that the all tables & chairs in the Gaming areas are tidy seat covers are monitored, and request replacements when needed.

Table legs are adjusted to avoid wobbling, table tops and edges should be reported if refurbishing is required.

Skills and competencies :
Time Management.

Optimal use of time to make sure that maximum output and delivery as per required timeframes.

Prioritize and anticipate timeframes.

See possible delays in advance and plan accordingly.
