The candidate should be a permanent resident of the province of the certain area where the learnership program is announced, also they should also be unemployed and provide Grade 12/matric certificate and valid identity document, Skill in computer, and it will be an added advantage if they are good or hold qualification in biology and life science. They should also have a good command of the English language that is they should be able to hear, speak and write it.They have to show that they have the following personal attributes , problem solving skill, organizatonal skill, leadership, compassionate, able to to work well under pressure environment, just to mention a few.

MEDICAL SPECIALIST GRADE 1 REF NO: REFS/005517
Salary: R1 106 040 per annum. Requirement: M MED (PSYCH) or FCPSYCH (SA) or equivalent. Registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Specialist Psychiatrist. Relevant experience in general adult Psychiatry will be a requirement. The closing date aside, when applying the learnership program, you have to forward the application to the office of local dept of health, in most cases.

Email and fax are usually not considered.The application should be completed, in addition you need to attach your supporting documents or you fail the application. if you are considered as shortlisted applicants, dept of health will respond your application within one to two months from the closing date to inform you about the interview and more.
