Tiger Brands Management Trainee Programme
Tiger Brands’ Management Trainee programmes are accelerated development programmes that aim to create a deep talent pool of Bachelor’s degrees and BTech graduates who possess great potential to become senior leaders within the organization. Successful candidates from various disciplines will gain exposure in combined learning modules in preparation for the position they will be taking within the organization.

Who should apply?
Applicants must be able to meet these minimum requirements to be eligible to send an application:

Engineering: BEng/BSc Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial
Supply Chain: BCom in Supply Chain or Logistics
Human Resources: BCom in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources
Corporate Affairs: Bachelor in Economics, Business Management, Enterprise Development, Strategic Communication, Communications or Journalism

Marketing: any Marketing major bachelors degree
Customer Management: BCom in Business or relevant studies e.g. Economics, Business Management or Entrepreneurship
Africa: Business Management, Enterprise Development, Entrepreneurship, or Sales and Marketing
Postgraduate degree holders in the above-mentioned studies will have a definite advantage
Ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about building a career within Tiger Brands

Thrives within a team with high leadership potential
No more than 1 year of full time work experience
Below 25 years of age
A recent graduate
Willing to relocate and/or travel to various locations
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools
Holds a valid driver’s license
