Reporting to the Operations Director, this role manages the supply of quality contractual and ad-hoc cash solution services to customers within the business unit, in compliance with legislation, company policies, processes, and procedures, to make sure the achievement of budgeted financial targets and satisfied customers.

The successful incumbent may be a self-starter with a proven diary in delivering on customer expectations, demonstrates a high degree of economic acumen and is in a position to exercise judgment within the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation. The incumbent are going to be expected to be results driven and to measure the values of the organisation.

Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/management
Attend safety education and refresher programmes
Comply with safety policies and procedures at the workplace
Distribute safety information as and when required

Key Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification recommended
Minimum 6-10 years’ experience generally management
Relevant working experience within an identical environment recommended
Relevant industry experience/knowledge advantageous

Sound and demonstrated financial acumen
Good strategic thinking, effective communication also as strong leadership skills and capabilities essential
