Position outputs: 1. Manage and oversee the development of the TFR Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) 2. Manage the implementation of the TFR Information Security Management System (ISO 27001). 3. Monitor the implementation of the TFR Information Security Management System (ISO 27001). 4. Prepare, monitor and control annual regional/departmental budget and expenses. 5. Manage direct and indirect human resources. 6. Liaise with BU and corporate stakeholders from a risk management perspective. Qualifications & Experience: BTech or Post Graduate Degree in Quality Management, Integrated Management Systems Degree.
Experience 8-10 years management experience, demonstrable exposure to Quality Management and other management systems’ best practice is required, preferably in the Transport / Logistical Sector and the ability to successfully plan and execute projects. It is desired that the post incumbent should have had exposure to the corporate railway environment and experience in the operating of management systems such as currently used by TFR.
