Spar Western Cape, a division of The SPAR Group Ltd is at present selecting for a Retail Operations Trainee to join our group. Length : Fixed Term Trainee Contract (Two Years)
Obligations and Responsibilities
The reason for this significant level learner position is to acquire openness to all parts of the Retail Operations office and stores through experiential learning.
The Responsibilities Include:
• As a student, the officeholder won’t have fixed obligations, anyway he/she will be required to meet the exhibition results of the learner program including acquiring a working information and showing skill in the accompanying fields.
• Ensuring that store principles are maintained by SPAR details and the particular cleanliness and store standard reviews.
• Analyzing and deciphering store execution insights and to make proposals to the Retail Operations Manager re-improving helpless performing regions and openings in their stores (retail development, productivity and income).
• Liaise with and help Retailers with store openings and re-dispatches.
• Assist in assembling field-tested strategies, income gauges and attainabilities.
• Implementation and overseeing of retail projects, as doled out by the executives.
• Maintain close working associations with SPAR Retailers.
• Perform any sensible assignment mentioned by the executives
Wanted Experience and Qualification
• A Matric Certificate
• Tertiary Qualification in Business or Financial Management is beneficial
• Working involvement with a Retail climate beneficial
• MS Office abilities (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Hands-on way to deal with critical thinking
• Good correspondence and relational abilities
• High degree of numeracy and business keenness
• Personal credits: Assertive, coordinated, client support direction, can do disposition, enthusiastic, love of retail, arranged to work outside typical working hours
• Strong craving to develop your vocation and readiness to go the additional mile
