Retail System Administrator
SPAR Eastern Cape is presently recruiting for a suitably certified and skilled Retail Systems Administrator to be part of their dynamic team. Job Purpose To Setup, Configure, Install, Train, Upgrade, Maintain, Support & Consultant on SPAR Group authorised IT Systems at Retail.

Duties & Responsibilities

Attend to and unravel all 0.33 line help calls touching on to Retail Software.
Attend to Retail System Upgrades, rollouts, keep openings & conversions.
Provide each coaching & consulting to Retailers & their Operators at save level.

Working information of MS Server / Desktop Systems
Hardware, Software & Network Infrastructure Implementation & Maintenance Skills
2-3 Years Field Service Support Experience
Good working understanding of Retail Systems.
Team Player a must.
Good Interpersonal skills.

Must be in a position to work below strain & meet Project deadlines.
Must be in a position to journey lengthy distances & spend time away from home.
Good Communication Skills (written & verbal) is essential.
Must be capable to work unsupervised.
