Minimal Conditions Campaigners should have a Elderly Certificate (Matric)) with Maths or Accounting as subjects; 0-1 time experience in the applicable field. Undergraduate qualification with a minimum of 360 credits (NQF Position 6) as honored by SAQA in Accounting/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain Management/ Finance will be added advantage. Computer Knowledge and Valid Motorist’s licence are essential.

Duties The contestant will be responsible for record, store, prisoner and recoup correspondence and data. Update registers and statistics. Handle routine enquiries. Distribute documents to colorful stakeholders as needed. Type letters and/ or other correspondence when needed. Keep and maintain the incoming and gregarious document register of the unit. Help to maintain the supplier database. Help with the operation of means in the District in terms of force chain operation programs and procedures. Insure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Chapter 6, and Part 3.
