Anglo American is offering an administrative learnership opportunity to individuals who are seeking to gain practical experience in the administrative field. The learnership is designed to provide hands-on training in various administrative tasks, as well as provide exposure to the workings of a multinational corporation.
The learnership will run for 12 months and will cover various aspects of administrative work, including data entry, record-keeping, office management, and basic finance. Participants will be mentored by experienced administrators and will have the opportunity to work on real projects, providing them with valuable work experience.

To be considered for the learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of a matric certificate
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
In addition to receiving hands-on training and experience, learners will also receive a monthly stipend to cover their living expenses during the duration of the learnership.
Upon completion of the learnership, participants may be considered for full-time employment opportunities within Anglo American.
