Role Description:

As a Consultant Performance Management, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the organization-wide performance management system.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all activities, outputs, and outcomes align with SITA’s strategic objectives effectively and efficiently.

You will oversee the performance of the entire organization’s value chain, from corporate to division to individual employees. Implementing sound policies and procedures to advance performance and aligning with the company’s business objectives will be a key part of your role.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Ensure Individual Performance Management is aligned with corporate strategic objectives, complying with established parameters and timelines.
  2. Monitor and evaluate Individual Performance policies, standards, and procedures to continuously improve the Integrated Performance Management.
  3. Coordinate Individual Performance improvement processes to drive overall improvement.
  4. Facilitate the Moderation processes to ensure alignment with the corporate Bell Curve.
  5. Conduct and design organizational training to enhance capacity building in Individual Performance Management.

Qualifications and Experience: To be eligible for this role, you need to possess at least a 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences at NQF Level 6. Additionally, you should have 6-7 years of practical experience in Performance Management, including experience as a specialist in a large corporate/public sector organization.
